Not great for families, avoid at all costs

We got to the hotel late, and the breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, which was good! ! But seriously, the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for extra towels, like we were asking them to perform open-heart surgery or something.

The place wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still passable.

The staff was amazing during our stay! They made our family feel at home, and we loved the hot breakfast options, which made mornings enjoyable for everyone. The hotel is conveniently located near some great scenic trails for walking and biking, perfect for family activities.

My kids wished the pool was heated. they found it too cold for comfort. Additionally, having an enclosed play area would be great for families with young children.

The breakfast spread had some decent options, especially the waffles my kids enjoyed. However, the hotel is attached to an abandoned mall, giving it a strange vibe. The location felt a bit isolated. Also, the fitness center was way too hot. I could barely work out for more than a few minutes. It definitely needs better air circulation. Overall, the amenities could use some updates to match the service quality.
